"I REALLY DID LIKE THEM TILL CALVIN DIDNT DO HIS JOB AND NOW I AM LEFT TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT. Tiffany has tried to help but really it should have never gotten this far. I was contacted by calvin months ago and he asked who my home owner insurance was. i agreed to a quote it was a better one then i had. i cancled my policy with allstate and was told it was set to go and 18th dec i will have new insurance. Well Calvin dropped the ball the 18th came and after many many email leading up to the 18 with no reply. i finly got and update on dec 18th at about 530 pm saying they couldnt get me insurance. now i have no insurance at all they say they are working on it but nothing has happened. I have asked to speak to Mr. Cobb himself but nothing. it is the 23rd still no answers and no insurnace that now i have to go make a complaint with DIT and mybe get an attorney cause now my morgatge company knows. they said that i might want to get that started to cover myself. It has been a hot mess. I would not recomed them to anyone and this point i am ready to leave them all together. the fact that it seems like this isnt a major issue and could care less that i dont have insurnace. I have recomedded them to everyone and now i am telling everyone what happened in hopes they dont have to deal with this. Update. 6 day i was told to call and speak to Mr. Cobb and i still havent ben able to get a hold of him. it is now Jan 5th still no insurance at all. PLEASE DONT USE THEM AT ALL THEY REALLY DONT CARE IT SEEMS. I AM OUT ALOT OF MONEY AT THIS POINT AND TO THE POINT THAT I CANT GET THE SURGERY NEEDED FOR SOMETHING ELSE. IT REALLY SUCKS AND UNFAIR I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR YEARS UP INTILL NOW. BUT BECAUSE ALL THIS I CANT EVEN GO ANYWHERE. nothing has been handled at all!!!!!!"

"Alejandra is so AMAZING! I called State Farm to set up a new auto policy and she was so sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire journey. She was efficient, kind, and ultimately a pleasure to work with setting this up. Insurance can be scary for a lot of people but thankfully Alejandra was there to educate me about the correct coverage for my needs and to put my best interests first. I’ll continue to be a State Farm member when I get great service like I did today."

"This is one of the worst customer service experiences. I recommend avoiding this place for insurance shopping. I have been with them for over a year, and they increased my premium without any warning. Despite texting them multiple times about not receiving the device needed to set up my car, my premium was still raised. When I spoke to Calvin, his attitude and tone made it clear he was not willing to help."
