"Terrible terrible scamming agency! I was with this agency for over 2 years and every 6 months my auto premium would go down. Recently, they decided to add $100 to my monthly payments without informing me or sending out any notice. When I called to ask why I am being charge almost double my original payments they said it is the new policy to increase the price rather than keep the safe drivers discount. I told them I did not receive any notification and they said they sent it to a completely wrong address and it is my fault I didn’t catch it. I am definitely making moves to end my relationship with them. Auto insurance and financial services."

"One of the worse experiences I have had with an insurance agent, and I have been a State Farm customer for more than a few years. I switched to Geico and called to cancel my policy, Forrest was quick to point out all the discounts I had and would lower my rate. Guess what!! he did by lowering my coverages, perfect BAIT &SWITCH. Once I caught what they had done, he assured me the price would not change and the error was from State Farm. My price is higher than what I was paying, I have been emailing the office and have called as well and yet to hear back from Forrest. I was avoiding a negative review, but Forrest and his office have left no choice. There is a reason why there are so many 1 Star reviews, Will be switching agent first thing in the morning and then switching to geico like I was suppose to. Like someone in one of the reviews said, save your money or find another agent if State Farm is the cheapest.."

"I was with this office for my auto insurance and others policies for about 5 years until recently. The service and communication has always been fast and efficient up until about 6 months ago They always responded to my concerns in a timely manner and I always highly recommend this office. But recently I had so many issues with not getting a call back for certain questions and waiting about a week to get an answer to something simple. Always. Having to communicate to an agent named tiffany who always seemed frusterated when I would call. And forest wouldn't call me unless I would say I was changing policy. Which in the end I ended up doing. I'm glad I'm done and over it all. To many things we stress about I didn't need it to be my insurance . so I'm happy where I am at. I hope forest finds staff that can be a team player and not always pass the phone to one person for every little thing ."

"I have had my vehicle’s insurance coverage with them for almost three months and I have yet to receive the permanent insurance cards. On multiple occasions I have tried to reach them by phone but could not get through. Also, I have sent them multiple emails and still no response. By far this is the worst service ever by any insurance agency. I would never never recommend them to anyone."

"Do Not Trust this Agent... he only thinks of himself when selling you insurance. He has no knowledge of what he is doing and after he gets you in the hole... then he doesn’t answer your emails or phone calls. I have been with State Farm for 20 years, felt that my initial agent was not taking care of my policies so I changed to Forrest Cobb... well this one had no problem selling me all kinds of insurance. My biggest problem is with Workers Comp policy.. never had it... never needed it, he assured me that I needed it not really explaining all the fine print details... the insurance was never put in place correctly and now State Farm is sending me to collection agency for $15k... for as much as I go around it to fix it, I don’t get any help from the Agent even though on our final meeting he admitted that the policy and State Farm was doing something wrong. If you don’t want to get yourself in debt... don’t use this guy."

"I recently worked with Forrest Cobb and found him to be very patient when I asked him questions regarding my new investment/retirement accounts that I had recently placed with him. He explained everything in a way that I could understand given my lesser experience in planning for my future. State Farm had the best options and rate of return with the lowest management fees...and I checked other investment firms out! "I have my car and home insured through Forrest Cobb State Farm and could not be happier. I actually had a reduction to my rate by adding my home to my policy. Plan to stay a while as long as my rates stay around where they are now."
